Warm and pleasant, medium length, balaced flavour, spices, cinannamon, clove, pepper, sherry oak, roasted nuts, roasted walnuts, baked toasts, sweet and sour cherry jam, caramel cream, rum molasses, aged Armagnac, herbs and cocoa coffee.
